Having an Architectural Technologist background with the site and office experience, I have stepped up to planning & controlling projects as a PMO (Project Management Office). Worked under the Al Ahli Holding Group, planning & controlling projects for Emirates General Contracting (EGC) & Gulf Spring Contracting (GSC), two major Construction division of the group.I helped the company to adapt to custom business strategies in order to maximize productivity and squeeze in the benefits.I work closely with all departments in the organization to effectively manage and monitor projects cost by Budgeting, controlling and using cost engineering.With the help of Primavera P6, I control the project timeline and I use SAP PS System to control & overlook the costs that may affect the budget before and after it enters in SAP and provides training and advice to the users. I love challenges and problem-solving. With my great passion for Technology, I am constantly trying to stay updated on new technology to best utilize them at work and in person.I strongly believe that the use of efficient and appropriate technology can hike productivity to strive to the top of the current competitive market.
