• Developing recruitment strategy by analyzing organization manpower needs, discuss with department heads for possible sources in accordance with the business plan.• Working closely with line managers to identify critical roles to the business and develop an acquisition and sourcing plan to attract and source quality talent• To evaluate the performance of collaborated manpower agencies by continuously monitoring the quality of the candidates and time taken to hire• Ensure that the selection and recruitment process has been completed within the frame of policies and procedures of the company.• Execute prescreening and interviewing candidates for a wide range of roles (entry-level, senior and management)• Responsible for planning and leading mass recruitment trips • Indulge in preparation of job offers for new hires, prepare recruitment agreement with manpower agencies and review employment contracts of staffs• Reviewed employment applications and background check reports to facilitate hiring process.• Work closely with Immigration team for acquiring work visas, sponsorship transfer and employment contract attestation• Preparing job descriptions and person specifications for each position• Maintaining regular and accurate metrics to assess talent acquisition process and performance• Supervise team of HR Recruiters and to train them on constant basis• Actively participate in recruitment & HR policy administration• Carry out salary surveys to study latest industry trends • Support HRMs with weekly and monthly manpower report
