Undergone comprehensive training on BSR product development cycle for attributes like CAD front loading, Material compatibility, Developmental testing, Plant level analysis and Field level by renowned BSR specialists.Leading a team which performs all Component / System evaluation for Buzz, Squeak & Rattles on ED Shaker in acoustic environment. Components like Cockpits, Seats, HVAC units, Bezels interfacing all controls under different conditions and correlation with objective target. Responsible for providing directions during the product development phase in the design of components, system and whole vehicle from the BSR perspective to achieve a BSR free vehicle.Responsible for providing technical leadership in BSR concern investigation, resolution and countermeasure development. Lead testing and analysis activities and develop new techniques and methodologies to improve capability of BSR testing. Devised many design verification protocols for BSR.
