1. Establish appropriate channels of communication between member of the project2. To coordinate site works and ensure they completed in accordance with client requirement & schedule. 3. To provide all technical data with an understanding needed by the supervisors4. To ensure good working practices are being used to carry out the works in the most cost efficient manner.5. To ensure the contractors are provided with all necessary information and drawings in advance of each work activity.6. To ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.7. To obtain client’s authorization for cost variation8. To make a periodical report (weekly, monthly)

1. Control progress of the contractor on a day to day basis.2. Coordination or works between contractors3. Control quality of the works4. Ensure a basic level of safety is maintained on site.5. Reporting contractor's progress to Construction Manager.

1. Check about standard quality and standard specification of project.2. Supervise the contractor and oversee that their work are in accordance with the quality and specifications have been determined.3. Monitoring all aspect of safety of contractor's man power.4. Monitoring and make preventing action so that work can be completed on time.5. Make a progress report base on actual condition to owner.6. Be representative of the owner if there are decisions related to engineering/technical specifications.7. Make a technical decision on weekly meeting with owner and contractor.
