As an Account Manager my responsibilities include:• Work closely with local offices • Create Job postings, assist in screening candidates, conduct candidate searches, participate in interviews, etc.• Focus on sourcing, attracting, and engaging passive prospects• Lead passive candidate headhunting utilizing various innovative and traditional sourcing tools to identify top and diverse talent.• Leverage data to build and modify a sourcing strategy, as well as influence hiring decisions while telling a story.• Collaborate with recruiters in meetings with hiring managers• Research and shares key market intelligence and talent insights• Map potential markets and provides ‘on demand’ talent pool research and analysis• Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
