• BIR compliance and submission of Government Regulatory Requirements. • Preparations of Annual Budget.• Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements with Variance Report Analysis, Segment/Project Reporting Presentation and other related reports as required by the management.• Ensures that company Accounting Policies are implemented and sustained.• Responsible in making sure that the company complies and is updated with all the requirements and rules of the Department of Labor and Employment. • Responsible with legal matters such as contract and other agreements, employee appraisals, employee activities, and drafting and implementation of procedures and policies related to the administrative function.

• Responsible for the preparation of Internal Audit Plan, ensures that the plan is executed properly for the company and sufficient audit evidence and documentation is obtained to support audit findings. • Responsible in preparing schedules and audit assignments to Internal Auditors and supervise the Audit Team in obtaining understanding of internal controls and evaluates whether the design of internal control is functioning effectively.

• Assists the Internal Audit Head for the development and coordination of the company internal audit activities, developing and implementing internal auditing policies, procedures and programs.• Reviews accounting procedures, surveys functions and activities in assigned areas, surveys functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operations, and adequacy of the system of control to achieve established objectives.• Supervise or conducts independent audits of mining operations and activities, and prepare varied analyses of the departments, and branches for management.

• Analyzes financial data and presents financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicates monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitors progress and changes and keeps the Accounting Manager and AVP Finance updated of the Company’s financial status• Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determines system improvements; implementing change.• Reviews and approves important Company and Government-mandated reports and other reportorial requirements.• Prepare reports as required by government regulatory agencies• Initiates the maintenance of accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures• Protects organization's value by keeping critical and/sensitive information confidential.• Ensures that all its sub-ordinates are performing their duties and responsibilities accordingly• Ensures that all BIR regulatory requirements are accomplished properly and in a timely manner• Ensures compliance with applicable financial reporting standards• Prepares various government regulatory requirements.

• Review’s disbursement vouchers for infrastructure claims and Purchase Orders• Checks payroll for permanent and job-order employees• Preparation of Financial Accountability Reports and Budget Execution Documents• Preparation of Financial Statements• Computation of Compensation Tax of employees

• Supervise accounting transactions of the whole network • Consolidate Financial Statements (6 branches)• Prepare reports together with all necessary schedules and submits the same to regulatory bodies (BSP, PDIC, SEC, etc).• Analyze and interpret financial statements and other related data of accounting terms.• Extend technical supervision to all bookkeepers, loans and accounting, in the operation.• Supervises the reconciliation of due to/from transactions and other inter-office accounts.• In-charge for the online remittance of all taxes and licenses (EFPS).• In-charge in the preparation of payroll
