My role as Senior Assistant Director, Management Services.

My task was to make sure all the program implemented for target group achieved. this include managing Pasar Tani operation, contract farming, new entrepreneur development and expansion. Supervised 3 to 10 subordinate in order to achieved district key performance index. Represent FAMA to attend meeting at District level.

Managing and supervising FAMA's Training Centre 'Resort like' to make sure operation and management working accordingly. Focus on providing training facilities to FAMA and third party organization in order to provide nice and comfort service in hospitality, maintenance, food and beverages in order to achieve financial goals.

Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand and drive sales. Managing the marketing budget on a day to day basis. Producing innovative and cost-effective promotions, Developing and maximising third party relationships to deliver on brand objectives and strategies. Delivering an events programme, to ensure that brand presence is maximised and strategic objectives are met.

To plan, organise and carry out the internal audit function including the preparation of an audit plan which fulfils the responsibility of the department, scheduling and assigning work and estimating resource needs. To report to both the audit committee and management on the policies, programmes and activities of the department. To coordinate coverage with the external auditors and ensure that each party is not only aware of the other's work but also well briefed on areas of concern. To make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor management's response and implementation. To review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the financial and other information that is provided for management

promoting products, services and brands to an audience of both existing and potential customers. Conduct a Seminar and Workshop for a Multi Level Marketing Strategy such as New Distributor Training (NDT), Business Development Seminar (BDS), Water Treatment Seminar, Product Knowledge and Seminar Usahawan Cemerlang.
