As the General Manager for the Kansai Region, my role was focused on managing the day to day operations of the firm from HR, Administration, Marketing, Finance, Training/Coaching and much more. My team manages a strong team of 200 hundred foreign staff predominantly from the US, UK, Australia, Canada and other parts of the world.
