- Implemented project management of the company's media marketing programs. Through close coordination and follow-up with various stake holders , store operations, marketing, engineering, designated suppliers, advertising agencies and execution teams. Relative to store branches' internal and external media requirements from conceptualization, production, installation & maintenance, through effective and sound budget management. - POSM management and promotion programs implementation for all in-store activities by the execution teams and provides periodic reviews through evaluations and recommendations. - In charge of the merchandising operations for Al Othaim's private label and imported products. Also works with auto-replenishment section for stock monitoring and inventory control. - Category management and applied merchandising principles through established planograms and in-store display implementations.

Management & coordination of SADAFCO merchandising team and outsourced merchandising staff in the key accounts in Riyadh. Coordinate with sales team for timely deployments of merchandisers in trade outlets.
