Although I mention "Connecting Behavioral Science and Data Science", it doesn't mean that I treat it as a walk in the park, it's never easy :)At the moment, I am working as a People Analytics Officer at Telkom Indonesia. We are a team of six with different backgrounds and expertise, with me as the one with Behavioral Science Background. My current role allows me to add elements of Behavioral Science to the data side of things. My goal is to help the company make better business and people-related decisions. Both of my parents were national tennis players so I aspired to become one; they didn't allow me. I also remember that I dreamed of becoming a footballer, but I spent majority of my time in tournaments on the bench.
