- Responsible for 2 companies recruitment process (PT. HPU & PT. HPMU)- Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding process- Sourcing and attracting candidates by job portals, and social media platforms - Scheduling candidate to doing interview with user- Ensure new employee administrations and inductions are done accordingly- Update recruitment progress monitoring report to monitor recruitment target achievement- Report daily and weekly for recruitment progress for needed positions- Posting job advertisements to job portals and social media platforms- Performance Management review and analysis
