This involved developing and executing tailored social media strategies to strengthen their brand presence and effectively engage their target audiences.Separately, within my internal roles, I led the launch of the SEED Mentoring Community in Indonesia. Since its inception, I’ve been dedicated to managing and growing the community, creating a supportive environment for members to connect, learn, and thrive. These internal initiatives, including crafting daily content for SOA’s platforms, were aimed at strengthening organizational identity and fostering engagement from within.

At Mamikos, I played a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and employer branding. By designing and administering happiness and well-being surveys, I ensured employee satisfaction remained a top priority. I also developed and implemented Employee Engagement and Value Proposition surveys with measurable metrics to drive strategic improvements. Leading the ideation and execution of internal engagement initiatives, I fostered a positive workplace culture and strengthened internal communications through well-crafted updates, HR emails, and newsletters. Externally, I spearheaded employer branding events like "Mamikos Goes to Campus" and developed a comprehensive social media editorial plan, boosting engagement on @insidemamikos platforms. Additionally, I revamped the onboarding handbook and redefined the onboarding process to create a seamless experience for new hires.These efforts significantly contributed to Mamikos’ recognition, including being ranked on LinkedIn’s Top Startup list in 2021 and 2022, achieving the 6th position for LinkedIn follower growth, and receiving a nomination for HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2021. Notably, employee turnover rates were reduced, reflecting the effectiveness of the engagement strategies implemented.

In Indonesia, the high cost of professional counseling makes mental health support inaccessible for many, which is why I created Benang Merah. This platform offers FREE peer-counseling services facilitated by Psychology undergraduates, providing an affordable and approachable option for anyone in need. Through online counseling via video calls, emails, or text chats, clients are matched with mentors who offer assessments and actionable peer advice to guide their self-improvement journey.Benang Merah isn’t just about helping clients; it’s also a learning platform for Psychology undergraduates. It allows them to refine their counseling skills and gain practical experience before pursuing advanced studies. Additionally, the platform raises mental health awareness through educational content shared on social media. Looking ahead, Benang Merah aims to establish a dedicated research team to address pressing mental health issues, uncover data-driven insights, and advocate for meaningful change in areas like societal inequality and mental health accessibility. Our vision is to illuminate critical issues and inspire impactful solutions for a healthier, more inclusive society.

My primary responsibilities included conducting in-depth academic research on inmates involved in homicide and rape cases, contributing to a better understanding of criminal behavior and rehabilitation. This research allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world context, enhancing both my academic and practical insights.In addition to research, I supported psychological assessments by assisting with evaluations and data collection, gaining hands-on experience in psychological testing processes. I also participated in various inmate programs, such as orientation, individuality, and autonomy initiatives, which provided valuable exposure to rehabilitation strategies. These experiences deepened my understanding of the intersection between academic study and practical application in the field of corrections.
