 Handel All Query Related to Panels , coordinating with all brand people for sale management. Product listing on online portals like Amazon, flipkart, ebay, Snapdeal, Shopclues, PayTm. Ensure quality of listing i.e. Images, Product Description, PDP Needs to be checked. Seller Tracker of Exclusive Products - Need to check on all the panels Send Sale out Report of respective portal Payment Tracking& Follow up for the invoice of TDS & Commission. Stock updating on respective portal Ensure availability of stocks of 20 days on respective portal, no tolerance on out of stock situation, raise stock requirement to the reporting manager as & when required. Timely respond to all the mails related to the respective portals. Ensure daily updating of RTV Cases & raise the claims for returned product Handle Buyer's queries / issues and soon reply on claims Maintenance of seller rating on portal & revert on customer's feedback Removal of negative Feedbacks from the portal Compare the previous review or rating with current review / rating Follow up for the rejection of claims (Refund or return of products) Customer support executive. Daily monitor the price, buy button on all portals Inventory management.
