Developing comms from scratch for esports arena and Vega Squadron team. • media base creation, establishing contacts with journalists and bloggers• strategy and planning• training spokespeople, securing interviews and comments• driving earned coverage at non-gaming media (Rusbase, VC, MAXIM), including tier-1 business media (Rossiyskaya Gazeta, RBC)• project management: SMM, website, partners' sources, advertising• press-materials copywriting and preparing speakers for the events (speechwriting)• CSR, managing activities aimed to introduce kids to esports• event management and PR-support (up to 1000 people) – e.g., The International 2018 watching party

Working with agency’s clients (Avito, Nikon, PlayStation, momondo, Coca-Cola, Veeam and others), day-to-day communication, PR support at different types of media: business, real estate, gaming, general interest, kids and parents, lifestyle, regional and local, IT and hi-tech, etc.• preparation and distribution of various press materials (press releases, articles, interviews)• media relations, maintaining direct contacts with journalists (follow-ups, comments pitch and interviews pitch, working on special projects, meet-ups)• events support (journalists’ invitation, control of their presence at the event, tracking coverage)• searching for media partners within collaborations and promos• bloggers / streamers / influencers / KOLs (YouTube, Instagram, Twitch)• full press trips support (including big events like E3)• seeding campaigns (sending samples/game keys to journalists for review, tracking coverage)• reporting and document flow• managing junior personnel (e.g. copywriter, media manager)
