• Responsible for gathering and providing report of daily and final sales.• Processing invoices for sales transactions from DC (disribution chain stores) of CNI.• Responsible for cashbill verification ( at 16th and end of the month)• Responsible for monitoring DC’s stock.

• Responsible for providing administrative support to HoB (head of Branch) and managing other tasks as assigned by HoB.• Responsible for gathering, analyzing and summarizing information to HoB as required.• Responsible for arranging monthly activities, budget planning and summit monthly report for HoB.• Responsible for managing HoB domestic travel and accomodation.• Responsible for administration and clerical activities such as answering phone calls, preparing reports and compiling files.• Responsible for arranging CNI member and staf coordination meeting with the HoB.• Responsible to preserve relationship with clients ex: media, hotel.• Responsible in handling staff attendence, over time, leave and claims (related to HRD).• Helping the recruitment prosess for new staff.
