Here are the lists:- Developing Brand Strategies to optimize brand awareness of the sneakers 'Trekkers' through various online platforms such as Social Media, E-commerce, Marketplace, and Webstore.- Developing Sales Strategy to maximize sales in online-shop platforms such as in E-commerce, Marketplace, Webstore, and Reseller Program.- Setting up and developing Monthly Marketing Budget that consist of branding acts such as Paid Promote, Facebook Ads, Giveaway events, influencer marketing, photoshoot, and other marketing activities. - Setting up and developing Monthly Marketing Calendar & Marketing Plan which consists of 4 weeks promo and campaign run in online shop platforms from e-commerce, marketplace, webstore, 'till reseller program. - Creating & developing Monthly Content Calendar that consists of 30 days creative content focusing on soft selling such as tips and trick, outfit of the day, giveaways, product info, viral events, quote, and many more. - Establishing mutual positive networking with several potential influencers, public figures, organizations, celebrities, and famous names in order to maximize brand strategy of the sneakers 'Trekkers'.- Signing and approving final draft of all marketing activities such as weekly promo and campaigns, daily contents and creative design for social media, proposals, Terms of References, and etc. - Leading the Digital Marketing team that consists of 7 people: 1 content writer, 2 Graphic Designers, 2 Online Shop Admins, and 1 reseller program officer.

By the time working in Shoesmart, I made some breakthrough in order to develop company's businsess and to increase Indonesian society's awareness of the local footwear industry. Here are the lists:- Establishing cooperation with a state organization under Indonesia's Ministry of Industry, 'Balai Pengembangan Industri Persepatuan Indonesia (BIPI)', through office visit, content sharing, educational program for the local footwear business-owners, and various footwear events. - Initiating creative content development in Social Media through Live Chat with influencers and local footwear brand-owners. Also, hosting Webinar programs with some of footwear influencers and its business owners; talking about Business Stratey during Pandemic. - Managing and initiating several creative online-events of footwear such as: Shoesmart Kids Footwear Coloring Competition and Shoesmart Footwear Design Competition (SFDC). Both of the events got very positive responses from all over Indonesia's footwear enthusiasts.- Establishing networking with several fashion agencies, school of design, and fashion designer in order to bring Shoesmart-Seller's products going more well-known in the fashion industry. The networking even results in bigger collaboration in the Surabaya Fashion Week 2020.
