Job and responsibility :Sales Management- Breakdown Target per Dept, per Brand - Maintain daily & Weekly sales ( VS Target, VS LY, Action Plan)- Sales Analysis- Handling cust loyal transaction- Report sales by brand to related SA or supplier (by request) - Report sales to managementStock Management :- Maintain Srinkage- Maintain New Arrival,Repeat Order,Fast Moving & Slow Moving items- Maintain Product Aging- Storage ManagementStaff Management : - Screening SA - Coaching & Conselling SA- Check Grooming SA- Morning Briefing - Check Schedule & Attendance SA- Submit DSM, SPV and staff schedule - SA's Violence Investigation - Roll out SAService Management :- Relationship with loyal customer - Handling customer complaint - Well informed about Promotion- Communication & Relationship with supplierStore Standart :- Maintain Aviability & Visibility product / Display- Checking Cleanliness & Tidiness- Checking Store Ambience (Smell,Sound,Lighting)- Double Expose Product- Check Price tag & Media Promotion ( POP, Wobler, Tent Card) - Check Promotion - Execution fit out & pull out BrandManager on Duty :- Have full responsibility on storewide issues include : controlling opening or closing store process,decision maker for any floor issues,handling costumer compliance,maintain real time sales store and report to Managing Director.
