Dance4Life is a non-governmental organization committed to providing comprehensive sexual education for young people. Through a unique approach that integrates sexual health education with the arts, particularly dance, Dance4Life aims to create engaging and impactful experiences for adolescents. I had the opportunity to be part of this transformative initiative as an enumerator, conducting survey interviews to assess the effectiveness of the program. My role involved gauging the impact of Dance4Life's efforts in enhancing understanding, promoting healthy behaviors, and reducing the prevalence of sexually transmitted infections among the youth. This experience not only allowed me to contribute to a meaningful cause but also honed my skills in data collection and analysis within the context of sexual health education.

Lead the peer-education strategy implementation towards comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) for Indonesian adolescents, including: - Execute and manage an end-to-end project management cycle from planning & budgeting, implementation, and monitoring & evaluating process. Including identify and evaluate potential risks related in field implementation. The program aims to increase beneficiaries' health seeking behavior through youth empowerment model and experiential learning method.- I was involved in the process of revitalizing the peer-education strategy through the development of a 'Guidebook for Peer-Educators'.
