Through effective data organization and analysis, I provide valuable insights for decision-making.I leverage the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly PowerApps, to enhance collaboration and streamline processes. One key application I developed is a strategic initiative management tool. It allows departments to track progress and manage achievements. Leaders gain a comprehensive view through intuitive Power BI reporting.Another impactful app I created is a pension fund selection tool for financial institution employees. It simplifies the selection process, benefiting thousands of employees. Additionally, I developed a performance evaluation app in collaboration with HR. It provides an intuitive platform for assessing employee performance.In summary, as part of my role, I analyze data using Microsoft Power BI. I use PowerApps to develop applications that enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and improve decision-making. As an Environmental Inspector, I am responsible for monitoring compliance with environmental regulations in my company, including air and water monitoring as well as other parameters. Additionally, I am involved in managing both hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste. I also contribute to the implementation of the PROPER program in my company.In terms of innovation, I have introduced several improvisations, including:Developed an innovative application for managing environmental quality test results. This application facilitates all stakeholders in monitoring environmental quality by allowing the team to view test result trends and use them as a reference for future work.Created an innovative application for managing data on B3 waste disposal sites. This application enables the relevant units and other stakeholders to better monitor B3 waste data, including FIFO-based management, batch systems, stock reporting, and more.Utilized Google Sheets for managing environmental team data in the SHE unit, ensuring easy accessibility for colleagues involved.Developed a dashboard for reporting B3 and non-B3 waste data using Microsoft PowerBI. This dashboard has made data analysis easier and more efficient.Before transitioning from this unit, I created an SHE dashboard that allows the team to easily access information related to work accidents, occupational health data, and other relevant data. This has greatly facilitated decision-making as the reports are readily available and easily accessible.
