Analyze Training Needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs for Head Office and All Business Unit (Tunas BMW, Tunas Toyota, Tunas Daihatsu, Tunas Isuzu, Tunas Honda, Tunas Rent), conduct opinion survey or needs assesments.2. Prepare training budget for department or organization3. Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops (Conduct employee training programs, Manage human resources activities)4. Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement (Evaluate program effectiveness, Evaluate training programs, instructors, or materials, Evaluate employee performance)5. Organizing Regular Training Program & Special Program6. Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.7. Developing Training & Competency List. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.8. Develop testing and evaluation procedure (Develop procedures to evaluate organizational activities.)9. Responsible for e-knowledge management to create the content and effectiveness10.
