An internship program held by Direktorat Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pelaku Usaha Pangan Olahan BPOM RI in collaborated with Kemdikbudristek.My roles:• Assisted food MSME to get a business license through the Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA).• Did gap assessment to compare the situation at area production with the GMP parameters audit and gave suggestions for improvement based on BPOM regulations.• Compiled the GMP, SOP, and SSOP documents as a requirement to get BPOM marketing authorization.• Monitored the implementation of GMP at area production to ensure that food safety practices were applied properly.
