In just 3 months I redesigned the business flow and assisted the user to leave their manual process completely”• Manage, maintain, and update the business process to adapt to both user and management requirement.• Continuously gather feedback from user to increase usability and benefits• Create and Maintain Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, standard and custom Objects and Fields, formula, template, page layout, pick lists, Apex class and triggers (SOQL, SOSL, DML), Process Builder, and other Salesforce objects and functions• Create and maintain reports, chatter, groups, and dashboards to monitor data quality and integrity.• Manage user, roles, profiles, and group.• Manage products and multiple price books.• Conduct training on all Salesforce related systems to sales and marketing teams.Sales Operation Analyst• Analyze monthly pipeline and incoming order from customer in more than 100 countries• Schedule weekly and monthly pipeline review for overseas offices and business development managers.• Analyze lead to win ratio of each deals, find the root cause of losses, and provide sustainable solution for future deals.• Plan marketing strategy which consists of email blast, end-user seminars, and exhibitions with all related department to better direct company’s marketing effort.• Manage and organize year-end review and mid-year review for 20 overseas offices with the Board of Directors. • Set yearly sales target for each offices and ensure their commitment on the numbers.
