• Analyze the business processes of ASSA Rent, JBA, Sharecar and Caroline based on the flowchart that has been made.• Conduct Go Through activities to equalize perceptions related to omnichannel system flowchart with vendors.• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of ASSA’s new system “Omnichannel System” according to the business flow created.• Participated in meetings with vendors to discuss the progress of development results and improvement of previously found findings from sprint.• Perform and complete UAT data recap in the form of UAT status results (Passed / No Passed) along with the capture of testing results in accordance with the script.• Collaborate with vendors in conducting system training omnichannel system training to guide trainees to try out the omnichannel system.• Created an improvement project in the form of an omnichannel system guidebook for agents, backoffice and admin.
