Sales Engineer
Current• Prepare and deliver presentations to explain products or services to customers or potential customers.• Confer with customers and technicians to assess equipment requirements and determine the required requirements.• Create offer letters to participate in the tender process and respond to complaints from customers.• Prepare documents required for tender requirements via email or e-procurement.• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.• Secure and update orders, and arrange delivery of goods.• Helping clients overcome all problems in the installation of tools.• Create surveys for customer satisfaction.• Create Bill of Quantity or Bill of Material (RAB).• Create TKDN ( Tingkat Kompetensi Dalam Negeri).
