Developing new market for Hagglunds Hydraulic Motor in Eastern Indonesia - mostly focusing on mining and material handling sectors.

Scout, map, and tap into potential market for Bosch Rexroth products (e.g. Electric Drive & Controls, Industrial Hydraulics, Mobile Hydraulics & Electronics, Tightening Technology, Linear Motion Technology, etc) across Sulawesi and Eastern Indonesia area.

Short-term Responsibilities:• Lead and execute daily toolbox meeting between subcontractors. Activities including daily evaluation and daily planning.• Lead Engineering & Production team which consists of Pit Geologists, Wellsite Geologists, Mine Engineers, Operation Supervisors, and Field Assistants.• Coordinate daily hauling activities from active mining pit to stockroom (ROMs). • Providing daily production report (Coal getting, overburden removal) to upper management.• Keeping track on daily coal movement and inventory (including but not limited to: hauling to jetty, crushing, and barging)• Evaluate daily heavy equipment capabilities and fleet optimization.Mid-term Responsibilities:• Lead and execute weekly production meeting between subcontractors.• Evaluate 3MRP (3-Months-Rolling-Plan) provided by subcontractors on each of early months.• Overseeing coal barging activities.• Accompany potential buyers and investors on periodical site visit and quality control on SCM Metcoal mine site.• End-of-month Face Position drone mapping.• Compile and make monthly company reports, to be submitted to upper management.Long-term Responsibilities:• Compile and make annual company reports, to be submitted to upper management.Projects:• PT. Surya Cipta Mahakam mining operation.• PT. Surya Cipta Mahakam exploration activity (scout drilling, infill drilling).

Responsibilities:• Scout and survey potential coal & mineral resources (nickel ore, thermal & metallurgical coal, silica, limestone, and manganese ore) supplier on Southeast Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, and East Nusa Tenggara. • Perform desktop analysis on various nickel ore, manganese ore, and coal mining concession (IUP).• Conduct quality control and Pre-Shipment Inspection on nickel ore, coal, silica, limestone, and manganese ore suppliers.• Keep track and control nickel ore shipping from loading port to discharge port.• Perform and overseeing various geological investigations (i.e., geological mapping, drilling, trenching, outcrop sampling) on various potential supplier. Projects:• Nickel Ore Projects on various mine location on Central & Southeast Sulawesi.• Thermal & Metallurgical Coal projects on various mine location on South & East Kalimantan.• Manganese Ore projects on East Nusa Tenggara.• Limestone Projects on Central Sulawesi.• Silica Ore Projects on Southeast Sulawesi.
