- Handling daily deliveries and planning activities (inbound & outbound scheduling, route planning, and monitor main warehouse activities).- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.- Managing stock levels for total around 100 SKU's on 1 main warehouse from 2018 (Tangerang DC) and expanding 2 secondary/support warehouses in 2020 (Sambarata, Barito), and expanding 3 more secondary warehouses in 2021 (Samarinda, Medan, and Batam).- Reporting and arrange sales pipeline, sales scorecard, and forecasting monthly stock requirement to principal (ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia).- Collaborate with other departments (sales and marketing teams) to create coordinated and strategic plans for business growth, impacts increasing for B2B sales 2019 to 2023 by 63%

- Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees on daily basis.- Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins for each products category.- Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers, and delivered the reports to procurement.- Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.- Training new staff members and scheduling team shifts.
