My main responsibility is to manage production of assessment type content and develop existing assessment features such as Try Out & Zenpractice.Here is my achievements during my time as Senior Assessment Ops Executive:- Successfully create a productivity tracker with Data Studio to measure the productivity performance of the entire content creator team.- Create Data Studio Beginner Guide to help all content ops learn and be able to use Data Studio.- Achieving the short-term target of launching the Independent Examination (SIMAK & UTUL) tryouts in less than 1 month.- Helping Bussiness Intelligence team to create Zenpractice and Try Out feature performance dashboard.- Evaluate Tryouts and Grand Tryouts yearly timeline to comply with newest academic calendar.- Create daily, weekly and monthly performance data analysis related to Assessment content.
