Management Development Program
CurrentStarting a new adventure as part of the Sahabat Management Development Program (SMDP) at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna (BSS). In this program, I will be given training in class, on the job training (OJT), and rotation in various BSS divisions. In the first 8 months my agenda includes:(+) First MonthGetting external training at the Sahabat Financial Institute (SFI), including: soft skill development with the 7 habit approach, English for professionals, e-learning with various banking topics to participating as a committee in the opening event of SMDP Batch V. In addition, I received external training at the Indonesian Banking Development Institute (LPPI). This training includes: bank funding products, bank services, wealth management, basic credit, to building a professional image & communication skills.(+) Second MonthGetting internal training at SFI (with the Senior Management Team and Board of Management), this opportunity gave me an understanding of the conditions in the field after previously studying related materials in class.(+) Third MonthGetting the opportunity to see firsthand how the Funding - Operation process at the Puri Indah Branch, as well as the lending process at the Pluit Branch. My team and I were also assigned to analyze what potentials could be developed related to these three things. This last session was to convey development ideas in front of the related SMT.(+) Fourth Month.Got the opportunity to see firsthand how the micro credit process works at the Senen Branch and support at the Head Office. Just like before, my team and I were asked to find improvements from the process we were going through. Several project ideas were appreciated by the related SMT.(+) Fifth & Sixth MonthsWill be made later.
