Starting a new adventure as part of the Sahabat Management Development Program (SMDP) at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna (BSS). In this program, I will be given training in class, on the job training (OJT), and rotation in various BSS divisions. In the first 8 months my agenda includes:(+) First MonthGetting external training at the Sahabat Financial Institute (SFI), including: soft skill development with the 7 habit approach, English for professionals, e-learning with various banking topics to participating as a committee in the opening event of SMDP Batch V. In addition, I received external training at the Indonesian Banking Development Institute (LPPI). This training includes: bank funding products, bank services, wealth management, basic credit, to building a professional image & communication skills.(+) Second MonthGetting internal training at SFI (with the Senior Management Team and Board of Management), this opportunity gave me an understanding of the conditions in the field after previously studying related materials in class.(+) Third MonthGetting the opportunity to see firsthand how the Funding - Operation process at the Puri Indah Branch, as well as the lending process at the Pluit Branch. My team and I were also assigned to analyze what potentials could be developed related to these three things. This last session was to convey development ideas in front of the related SMT.(+) Fourth Month.Got the opportunity to see firsthand how the micro credit process works at the Senen Branch and support at the Head Office. Just like before, my team and I were asked to find improvements from the process we were going through. Several project ideas were appreciated by the related SMT.(+) Fifth & Sixth MonthsWill be made later.

A glimpse of Lantera Basuki (LB) which was founded in 2022, LB is a think tank community based in Kalasan and Bintaro, Indonesia. The LB Think Tank Community refers to the gathering of actors to produce ideas that can play a role in the policy making process. LB actively discusses solutions to various urban problems from various regions in Indonesia both through discussions and in the form of written works. LB believes that everyone has their own light and together we can bring that light for the benefit of the Indonesian people. As Founder, I succeeded in bringing LB to achieve several opportunities:- Participate in generating ideas in the form of solutions to existing problems in urban of Indonesia.- Establish relationships with the 10th Urban Social Forum to plan and manage discussion panels and side events.- Initiating a Surakarta city observation expedition with city observers.- Made a short study for the Surakarta City Government.- Collaborating with Swakata Kreativa to create a Kotagede exploration event with the concept of a morning run.- Collaborate with Bicara Udara in knowledge sharing events related to anticipatory steps against air pollution.- Et cetera.

A glimpse of Swakata Kreativa which was born as an art collective that focuses on all artistic activities. Swakata Kreativa was founded as a non-profit organization to help provide space for local artists whose popularity has not yet been heard in the general public. Swakata's main role is as a promotional medium for the launch or creation of works for artists who still need a lot of attention. In the early days of Swakata Kreativa, I was responsible for being a Corporate Development Analyst. For approximately two years joining the active team, currently I am no longer part of the active team. My current responsibilities are more about mentoring and directing, especially for analysts from the next generation of Swakata Kreativa.

As a Corporate Development Analyst, my responsibilities are:- Monitor trends on Google, Instagram, X, Youtube and TikTok.- Create a list of analysis results from things that are trending on digital platforms.- Make a list of activities that will be developed by the Swakata Kreativa Team.- Planning campaigns to attract audiences on Instagram Swakata Kreativa.- Help create creative writing for Instagram content.- Developing an analysis system.- Propose a work system and digital file storage to the CEO.- Apply analytical techniques in intelligence science (mind mapping, team A/team B, and devil's advocacy).- Making a brief study of potential collaboration partners.- Make a comparative study with similar companies.- Analyzing the internal performance of the Swakata Kreativa Team.- Carry out the tasks stated in the Essential Elements of Information (EEI) from the CEO.- Provide recommendations for organizational development to the CEO.Achievement:- Participated in developing Swakata Kreativa from zero.- Proposed most of Swakata Kreativa's content ideas.- Creating a problem solving system at Swakata Kreativa Team.

Design Cluster Assistant in the Architecture Final Assignment Proposal (PTAA) Course, is a job under the PTAA Course Coordinator, Dr. V. Reni Vitasurya, ST., M.T. (Odd Semester - 2023/2024). This job has a contract system for one semester (4 – 5 months). On this occasion I was trusted as an assistant in the Design Cluster – Humanity and Natures in Design (HND). The composition of HND consists of: Dr. Emmelia Tricia Herliana, ST., MT. (as Coordinator), three lecturers, one cluster design assistant, and 22 students divided into 4 classes (Odd Semester - 2023/2024). As an HND Cluster Design Assistant, my responsibilities are:- Carrying out the administration of four classes.- Providing assistance to students regarding scientific writing techniques.- Providing assistance to students regarding data collection and processing.- Providing assistance to students regarding the development of approaches.- Providing assistance to students regarding the development of architectural design concepts.- Create presentation designs for HND Cluster material.- Coordinate with the coordinator regarding exam technical matters.- Open mentoring classes outside lecture hours.- Listen to students complaints.- Helping solve students problems.- Create strategies so that all students can follow lectures well.- Monitor students work progress.Achievement:- My strategy was successful, all students passed the PTAA course.- Coordinate well with Coordinators, Lecturers and Students.- Create a better work progress-storage system, so it can be utilized by juniors in the future.

Assistant Lecturer in Architectural Design Courses level 3 (DA-3), is a job under the DA-3 Course Coordinator, Nicolaus Nino Ardhiansyah, S.T., M.Sc. (Odd Semester - 2022/2023). This job has a contract system for one semester (4 – 5 months). On this occasion I was trusted to be an assistant in Class G. The composition of Class G consists of: Andreas Harris Hardanto, IAI. (as a Lecturer), one assistant, and 12 students. As a Lecturer Assistant, my responsibilities are:- Opening the room, setting up the computer and projector.- Carry out class administration (attendance, recap grades, etc.).- Monitor and remind students regarding lecture assignments.- Ensure lectures run according to the curriculum of the DA-3 Course.- Providing assistance related to making poster designs.- Provide assistance related to creating design concepts.- Coordinate with lecturers regarding exam techniques.- Provide design software training (Sketch Up, AutoCAD, & Enscape).- Listen to complaints from students.- Opening assistance classes regarding general student complaints.- Helping solve students problems.- Become a liaison between Coordinators, Lecturers and Students.- Create strategies to keep students motivated during lectures.Achievement:- Class G sends its representatives to be the best work in the DA-3 Award.- One of the students got 3rd place in the DA-3 Award.- All students are motivated, they pass the attendance standards.

A glimpse of PT Grha Wiguna Indonesia (GWI) which was founded in 2008, GWI is a company engaged in the design and build sector. Based in Bandung City, GWI has one main office and two workshops. Apart from that, GWI also accepts projects across cities, provinces and even countries. GWI also received various projects, such as: Sports Center, Kindergarten, Residential House, and Hotel. As an intern staff, my responsibilities are:- Assist in the design and production process of several projects.- Assisting in the initial stages of cottage design in Purwokerto.- Assisting in the residential home design process in Jakarta.- Assisting with documentation of the sports center project in BSD.- Manage Instagram social media from PT Grha Wiguna Indonesia (@gwinterarch).- Make comparative studies with similar companies (in terms of social media).- Documenting work in the GWI workshop.- Create a content plan list for GWI social media.- Plan campaigns for GWI social media.- Create weekly content on GWI social media.- Analyze content results via the Instagram Insight feature.- Make a short study regarding the development of GWI social media.Achievement:- Understand the work process of design and build consultants.- Understand the details of work in the field.- Reviving and developing GWI social media.
