A Vice-coordinator of assistant in Electric Energy Conversion laboratory and responsible to manage internal resources and activities of 30 laboratory assistants. Has been involved as a leader and member in more than 2 research and social project in New & Renewable Energy (NRE) field every year conducted by the lecturer. Also managed to be Electric Machinery Labwork Coordinator for one semester period, controlling the labwork over 50 practicians and 5 labwork modules.

Was selected as one among 150 awardees from 16000+ applicants of XL Future Leaders program, a CSR program conducted by PT XL Axiata Tbk focused on youth leadership skill development. Managed to learn three core competencies including effective communication, entrepreneurship & innovation, and managing change.Successfully invite more than 400 students of Surabaya interested to join XLFL program in University Roadshow project. Managed to be a leader and member in many XLFL projects.

Having experience to manage 25 trainer resources to enhance scientific and research potential in ITS. Being a speaker in more than 10 scientific and research seminars & workshops. Involved as a reviewer of abstracts, proposals, and papers of writing competition both inside and outside campus.

Doing internship project in Utilities section. Involved in annual company maintenance, especially about power transformator maintenance. Finished a report of power transformator purification process with excellent grade.
