- Perform engineering design functions including design calculations, layouts, drawings, material selection, BOM (Bill of Materials) to ensure equipment is in accordance with the applicable industry Standards and customer requirements.- Provide technical leadership and ownership on execution plans for engineering deliverables of assigned projects, including test schedule, procedure and report outlining all the appropriate required parameters.- Assist with the assembly and testing of prototypes and test equipment.- Prepare manual rig book installation procedure and performed product testing.- Produce disposition on non-conformance reports (NCR) on manufactured equipment.- Collaborate with manufacturing, testing, sourcing, field service and project management on issues associated with systems design and manufacture throughout the project cycle.- Support the Aftermarket Department via reviewing and dispositioning Request to refurbish/repair used equipment.

- Designing 3D Solid parts, Assembly, Exploded parts.- Providing CAD draughting, 2D engineering drawings with ISO standart.- Make video mechanical demonstration animation and render images.- Load & Stress Analysis, SFD, BMD diagram.

- As Mechanical Designer, required to be able to read technical drawings includings power unit installation, piping installation, cooling systems & boiler.- Providing fluid domain for mechanical system using 3D CAD software (Solidwork & Autodesk Inventor)- Fluid simulation on 3 different types of turbines via CFD analysis.

Researching Hybrid rocket Engine (HRE) starting from prototype development

In my final year, I become a lecture assistant in these Mechanical Engineering courses:- Kinematics & dynamics Course in Semester 5 – Year 2021/2022. Study the body motion of objects.- Machine Design Elements I Course in Semester 5 – Year 2022/2023. Focuses on the basic mechanical engineering principles : Statics, dynamics, strength of materials, reliability, and fatigue.- Mechanics of Material Course in Semester 4 – Year 2022/2023. Teaches about material properties, failure diagnosis, and forces that occur in materials.

- Internship at Maintenance Division.- Repairing tools for warship manufacturing.- Load Analysis applied by Ship Lift.

- As a faculty project delegate to build a 5-axis CNC, I took a role as Designer & Drafter using Solidwork software.- Develop critical thinking and problem solving due to built machine collaboration with all engineers involved (mechanics & technicians)- Calculation of load strength, resistance, and physics applied to machine, crack potential, and failure analysis.- Researcher CNC 5 Axis Body Frame’s Materials. Role in material selection and material testing, using polymer composites with mineral stone mix for machine body.

- Internship as Engraving Manchine Operator.- Engrave cylinder molds for various packaging products.

- Internship as Tractor body parts Assembler.- Assembling a rice plow tractor starting from the chassis frame, wheels, engine & power unit installation, to the vehicle cover.
