Dr. Rizky Suganda Prawiradilaga or commonly called Doc Eqi, is the first of three children born in Bandung in 1984. He completed his bachelor's, master's, and medical doctor's degrees from Padjadjaran University, Bandung. The doctor who has a passion for teaching has been a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Islam Bandung, since 2010. The doctor who loves swimming, soccer, working out, and traveling won an Indonesian LPDP scholarship and continued his doctoral studies at the Department of Nutrition, Exercise and Sports, University of Copenhagen, Denmark and received his "Ph.D. in Prevention and Treatment of Lifestyle Diseases" in 2020. He is often labeled as a "lifestyle doctor" because he often encourages people around him to adopt a healthy lifestyle, making him a guest speaker at various events with the theme of nutrition, exercise, sexology, and lifestyle diseases (obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, and heart disease). His inner drive to be helpful to many people has made him a "Coach." Doctor Eqi has experience working as a company doctor such as Prodia Clinical Laboratory, Puslitbang TekMIRA, and PPSDM Geominerba. He was also selected nationally to become an Indonesian Hajj Healthcare Team (TKHI) in 2015.His activity in the organization has made him a board member of the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) of Bandung city, a branch and central board member of the Indonesian Medical Nutrition Doctors Association (PDGMI), chairman of the Danish Indonesian Students Association (PPI Denmark), a member of the Indonesian Sexologists Association (ASI) and a member of the ESQ Coach Association (ASESCO). His diligence in conducting research and writing has produced several articles published in Scopus-indexed national and international journals and book chapters. This also made the doctor who likes to drink coffee receive a Travel Grant for distinguished abstract at the World Congress Internal Medicine (WCIM) 2014 in Seoul, South Korea; Best Poster at the Nordic-Baltic Indonesian Scholar Conference (NBISC) 2016, Helsinki,Finland; Second place poster presentation at NBISC 2019, Copenhagen, Denmark; and Kemenristek Award 2020 in the category of High-Quality Scientific Articles in the Field of Health and Medicine;as well as being the Best Alumni of SD Assalaam in the professional category in 2022.
