Led the Thiess Institute Development team in managing the end-to-end process of training material creation for the Thiess Global Project. Ensured all materials aligned with global business standards and were centralised for consistent use across all regions. Guided team to deliver high-quality, standardised training content that met the strategic needs of the business and upheld Thiess Policies and regions legislation.These materials included e-learning modules, instructional videos/animations, gamification, an electronic library, online assessments, and integration with the Thiess LMS, among others.

Collaborated with subject matter experts and content owners to develop effective training materials, including eLearning design. Responsible for maintaining training materials in Thiess' learning management systems (LAAMP, One Learning, and Advance), as well as centralising and organising training materials through the use of a centralised library and storage system (Learning Portal and Career Pathway web). Ensured all materials met global business requirements and aligned with the Thiess Global project.

Developed efficient and accurate Maintenance and Operations training packages, including technical dashboards report (matrices, compliance, and fleet lists/machine population) that met global business requirements for various locations such as Australia, Chile, Indonesia, Mongolia and Botswana. Ensured all training materials were in line with global business requirements and provided to the respective teams.

Conducted individual and team-based skills gap analyses, training need analysis, matrix, career pathway and developed technical training courses to meet the needs of various levels, roles and capabilities. Assessed and identified areas for improvement, and developed training programs to bridge the identified skills gaps.

Led the complete overhaul of the Dozers, including rebuilding, remanufacturing, and reconditioning.
