Commencement 2 Careers (C2C) Program Fellow:- Assisted in designing and implementing a summer internship program that provides real-world, project-based work experience for around 160+ high school students and recent graduates.- Developed and managed the C2C website using Google Sites, ensuring it served as a comprehensive resource for both students and hosts.- Created and organized content for the website, including internship descriptions, project guidelines, timelines, and other essential materials.- Ensured the website was user-friendly and accessible, facilitating easy navigation for students and hosts to find resources and information necessary for the success and completion of internships- LinkedIn and Networking (Zoom PD): Guided students on building professional LinkedIn profiles, networking strategies, and leveraging online connections. - Financial Literacy (Zoom PD): Conducted sessions on financial planning, budgeting, and managing personal finances effectively.- Resume Writing and Networking (In-Person at Middlesex Community College): Organized interactive workshops focused on crafting professional resumes, tips for a successful interview, and mastering networking techniques like the Eisenhower Matrix.- Managed multiple master spreadsheets with all student and host partner information, including event attendance, feedback forms, and student projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with program objectives. - Designed and distributed feedback forms to gather insights from participants on program effectiveness and areas for improvement. Analyzed responses to inform future program enhancements.- Helped organize and execute an in-person symposium where students presented their final projects to peers, mentors, and community members, highlighting their achievements and learning outcomes.- Helped develop marketing materials and strategies to promote the program, attracting a diverse group of students and recent graduates.
