Current- Responsible for managing necessary inventory reporting activities, including month to month variance, require KPI action plans.- Responsible for conducting interviews, practical test and training of a newly joined agents.- Responsible for training and leading a team of staff through various form of communication.- Responsible for assigning and organizing agent's daily tasks including daily report to the superior.- Responsible for managing the team's performance to be able to achieve the highest possible KPI.- Responsible for creating schedule and processing attendance data every agent at monthly basis.
