Furthermore, as a holder of the highest authority in the organization who has rights to;Constructed the organizational management, governance, and development by modern- designated and systematic direction of the work unit's environment (key results-based), with a target of 15+ projects and agendas.Enforced the "Mandatory Habits" (i.e. Starfish Retrospective of 5 majors and 20 instructions) for delegates to implement and accelerate the high effectiveness and efficiency principles in order to achieve optimization of the organization's performance.Leading in-depth investigation in verdict judgment toward issues within KM3 FTI-ITS by seeking root cause through utilizing various methods (5 Whys, Mutually Exclusive, and Collectively Exhaustive frameworks) while wisely prioritizing the common interests.

Senat Mahasiswa Teknik Material dan Metalurgi (SM3) FTI-ITS is a legislative and judicial organization of Keluarga Mahasiswa Teknik Material dan Metalurgi FTI-ITS. We have authority over legislation, aspiration, and control based on our constitution.Established and designed outline policy namely "Garis Besar Haluan Kerja" for HMMT FTI-ITS by in-depth investigation and identification which resulted in a lot of classified organizational problems or KMOs (i.e. 11 main points, 32 sub-points, and 2 explanations) to have proceeded as a legal product (11 policy aspects and their 25 items) also hereafter set upon in RUAHMMT FTI-ITS.Supervised whole activities of HMMT FTI-ITS along with 1-year management (maintained 2-3 control forums each quarter).Issued more than 10+ verbal warnings due to inconsistencies of HMMT FTI-ITS regarding violations code of conduct and maladministration.

Constructed strategic organizational governance by establishing systematic directions throughout multiple related frameworks implementation and central quality assurance with the target of a 25% acceleration rate of progress quarterly.Took major responsibility for the development of over 21 delegates (from 5 HMDs in FT-IRS ITS) in the aspect of character & mental building (to deal with the whole dynamic of student activities), conceptual strengthening, and fundamental understandings.Establishing good networks and communication by being a representative of BLM FTIRS ITS toward external stakeholders and activities, e.g. MTT F, MTT ITS, 5 HMD in FT-IRS ITS, BEM FTIRS ITS, etc.

BLM FTIRS ITS is a legislative organization that is representative of departmental students at the level of the Faculty of Industrial Technology and Systems Engineering, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology Surabaya. BLM FTIRS ITS together with the Dekanat of FTIRS ITS to ensure that all BLM FTIRS ITS activities can run properly, professionally, fairly, morally, and provide many benefits for the FTIRS ITS academic civitas, especially in ITS.What personally and teams had worked on;Established an outline policy namely "Garis Besar Haluan Kerja" of BEM FTIRS ITS 2024 (8 major fields and 29 main items) undergo built differently by engaging clear and concise gap analysis of root causes through various methods (i.e. MECE, 5 Whys, 7S McKinsey-PRL, etc.), also seized of clustered collective aspiration from Mahasiswa S-1 FT-IRS ITS which was designed to be prolonged terms.Led multiple (more than 5+) high-level or extraordinary trials (Musyawarah Tingkat Tinggi Fakultas/Luar Biasa) which successfully brought up considerable decrees and wisely provided beneficial impacts toward the climate of student activities at FT-IRS ITS.Initiated to rapidly proceed toward a significant 75% progress of legal drafting faculty regulations, specifically Perfak Kontrol BEM FTIRS ITS that could be realized in the next 1-year stage.

LKMM is a program that's designed to provide managerial behavior, knowledge, and skills for the organization especially students who are active in organizations.Pemandu obligates to conceptualize LKMM training, guide materials, monitor participants' KPP, and participate in the activities of Bakor Pemandu FTIRS and Bakor Pemandu ITS.

BLM ITS is a legislative institution at the Institute level that's representative of ITS students consisting of Senat Mahasiswa and Dewan Mahasiswa.Based on historical facts, thus the ‘exhausted’ struggle of Mahasiswa ITS at the past time and/or moment of NKK/BKK policies urged Senat Mahasiswa or SM ITS to be established in order to manifest/realize the concept of ideal state student government within the scope of ITS. Long story short, existing dyamics led this legislative organization had been through a lot. Badan Legislatif Mahasiswa ITS, hereinafter referred to as BLM ITS, is a legislative body at the Institute level that is representative of ITS students. What personally and teams had worked on;Designed outline policy namely "Garis Besar Haluan Kerja" of BEM ITS 2023 (6 major fields and 17 main items) throughout multiple frameworks such as 7S McKinsey-PRL, Stakeholder Mapping, SWOT Interaction Matrix, and Grand Strategy Matrix, et al., which was proceeded through valid and reliable collective data of more than 125+ "Key-Players" and "Keep Informed", impacting BEM ITS President's interpretation of his strategy objective and initiative cascading.Established success parameters of the outline policy of BEM ITS within (37 main items and their further explanation) to facilitate the 35+ senators in the supervisory control of executive activities.Proceeded legal drafting and production, both detailly 1 chapter, 4 articles, and 6 verses for RUU LSM and 1 chapter, 5 articles, and 13 verses for RUU Control.Conducted accountability report of BEM ITS on a quarterly scale (2 LPJs and a lot of coordination meetings) which gave constructive critique and advice for the better of BEM ITS in the future.

UKM ITS Billiard was founded in 2005, one of the student activity units in the field of sports and is part of Lembaga Minat Bakat ITS. ITS Billiard is here to accommodate all ITS students in terms of talent interest in the sport of billiards and also facilitates ITS students to learn about the organization. Regarding talent interests, not only students who have an interest and talent in playing billiards can enter and take part in ITS Billiards but also students who are in the process of learning the basics of billiards can also join and join ITS Billiards. In addition, those who want to learn about the organization are also very welcome to be part of ITS Billiards.Activities:1. Succeeded to contribute in UKM EXPO 2022 as representative of ITS Billiard booth to outreach new Ababils membership (+1000 students).2. Attending and actively discussing every Event Department weekly meeting and their work meetings or forums.3. Responsible to hold and ran a project lead in ITS Billiard Cup (IB CUP 2022) which was successfully organized and outreached 100+ students and society that be held in Strike Pool & Coffee. Had done working on the concept and technical whilst coordinating with other departments for the preparation of the event (venue, guests, jury, etc). IB CUP 2022 mainly competed inter participants by playing a 9-ball tournament. 4. Actively participating in routine training of billiards and vibing with the Ababil (UKM members).

ITS Material Advantage Student Chapter (IMAC) is a student chapter at ITS that has been focusing on knowledge and competencies resources in the field of materials, minerals, and metallurgy since 2017. We aim to enhance our members' academic and professional competency in preparing them to face their future work fields by enriching their insight through our programs. As the first and the only Material Advantage Student Chapter in Indonesia, we are committed to embarking on our journey to become a place that nurtures and gathers global-minded individuals who are able to solve complex problems.Fundraising Focuses:1. Gathering information about the vendors (backups) for staff & member jackets, also merchandise (totebag, tees, keychains, hat, etc) that is currently under consideration.2. Attending and actively discussing in every Fundraising Department weekly meeting, and IMAC’s work meeting.3. Being Person-in-Charge of a few work programs (Staff Jacket, Packaging, etc).4. Provided well-worn staff jacket that's considered to be produced and set as a form of ITS Material Advantage Chapter identity representation.
