- Create daily Plan delivery and share to transporter (600 ++ Stores from 5 Production Facility)- Arrange Raw material delivery to production facility- Analyze actual logistics cost to improve cost saving- Request and negotiate quotation to 3PL for new area distribution- Supervise warehouse team to keep on track with Performance Target- Enhance warehouse team to do daily and weekly cycle count to keep stock balance- Enhance Picking Process to avoid any variance in delivery- Control inbound, outbound, inventory in warehouse

-Monitoring and Fulfillinf Delivery Order (DO) that requested by customer based on their needs- Checking the availabilty units in the marketplace regularly- Check truck requirement for each customers - Executing the plan using available units in Marketplace- Managing shipment from request made until POD complete and match with customer needs- Efficiently solving problems that occur during the shipping process- Collaborate with Account Management, Transport Supply, Transport Management, and Field Team.-Mantaining good relationship with 50+ truck Providers (active Transporter)- Regularly record all data related to delivery orders.- Daily reporting of ongoing shipment to customer- As a Transport Planner in Unilever West Mega Distribution Centre Project

- Create proforma invoice & packing list for Customs declaration purpose- Create weight bridge master data to record containers in-out from factory- Create delivery order using SAP system- Submit Shipping Instruction to Liner- Manage stuffing plan based on cargo readiness & vessel schedule- Manage trucking from vendor to pickup containers.
