• Assist in Corporate Tax Compliance (i.e. Prepare draft Monthly Tax Compliance Calculation and Return, Prepare draft Annual Corporate Income Tax Calculation and Return).• Assist client to perform Tax Due Diligence (TDD) and Tax Diagnostic Review (TDR).• Assist with the preparation and review of all documents and data required for the client's Tax Audit Process.• Assist with the preparation and review of all documents and data required for the client's Tax Objection and Appeal Process.• Analyze tax risk and implications for the client's transaction.

• Assist to prepare and review the supporting documents and data needed in relation to Tax Audit process.• Assist to make a recapitulation and input the client’s data.• Research and analyze the applicable regulations for several client’s transaction.
