As Director Admin & Operation my main job was to supervised HR and Admin., Supply Chain Management (SCM), Land Acquisition, Sales and Marketing along with supervise, monitoring and reporting to the management of the Accounts Operations: 1. Documentation and recording of bills/ vouchers etc. 2. Receipts and Payments account daily/monthly/yearly basis. 3. Budget Vs. Actual expenditure analysis. 4. Physical Inventory at project site. 5. Valued Fixed Assets at cost less depreciation. 6. Work-in-Progress of the project. 7. Yearly Financial Accounts (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Net worth) 8. Liaison with designated Banks. 9. Correspondence with Banks. 10. Secure Term Loan from Banks. 11.Establishing Letter of Credit (L/C) Local and Foreign. 12. Retirement of L/C. 13. Goods Release from Port. 14. Transportation at site. 15. Liaison with Local Government bodies. (NBR, RJSC, TAX/VAT Circle, Citi Corporation, WASA, DESA and Low enforcing agencies) 16. TDS/VDS 17. External Audit. 18 Trade Receivable / Payables. 19. Monthly Payroll. 20. Conduct meeting with counterpart. 21. Suppliers / Subcontractors appointments. 22. Conduct Board Meeting. 23. Prepare Bord Resolution. 24. Recruitment, Interview, Appointments, and Termination. 25. Any other task assigned from management time to time.
