I enriched the strategic sales and marketing plan for EgyptAir. As well as I supervised and implemented new automated reservation and ticketing system. I also administered clientele liaison for the entire eastern province of Saudi Arabia. Actively coordinated with all associated sections of ground handling agent to ensure our agreed level of service. My responsibilities allowed me to plan, control and optimize cargo space. Lastly I also officiated the Station Manager during his absence, and managed all station activities successfully.
