Ensure accounting, compliance, reporting standards, formulation of business plan, policies towards the goal and objective of organization.• Quarterly Board Reports (QTD & YTD) – Booklet preparation of Financial Reports & Business KPI’s, Report writing, Actual vs. Budget vs. Last Year Analysis, Interpretation of financial Reports & Business KPI’s, Revenue & Expenses Analysis Actual vs. feasibility, Others Report and Ad-hoc Reports.

• Handling entire operation of Account & Finance department independently and ensuring that finance staff maintains financial record in systems in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.• Leading Accounts & Finance team, implementation of ERP systems, develops a sound financial system for accounting and financial controls and meets the financial objectives. • Interacting with bankers for short term financing - Letter of Credit, Letter of Guarantee, Overdraft, and negotiation of bank rate.
