 Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure the QMS is effectively communicated and integrated into all relevant departments. Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure the team's skills and knowledge are in line with industry best practices. Develop and execute quality planning strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality considerations into product development and manufacturing processes. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control processes. Utilize tools such as SPC, Lean, or other methodologies to identify and eliminate process variations. Ensure the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate audits and inspections. Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits. Coordinate responses to regulatory inspections and customer audits. Collaborate with the supply chain teams to establish and maintain supplier quality standards. Conduct supplier audits and assessments as needed. Establish mechanisms for collecting and analyzing customer feedback. Lead investigations into customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence. Analyze quality metrics and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees throughout the organization understand and adhere to quality standards. Promote a culture of quality consciousness and accountability.
