• Preparing of complete lease case• Personal verification through CIB and data check,• Financial credibility calculation,• Documents e.g. Bank statement and other financial documents verification, • Annuity and installment plan calculation, • Receive post dated cheques,• Payment modes calculation and processing,• Getting approval from GM Finance and GM Marketing,• Forward lease case to Head Office for execution,• Provision of required vehicle through quotations from different dealers,• Installation of tracker and its documentations,• Completion of insurance documentation by insurance department, • Support marketing teams in all aspects of operations• Coordinate with HR department for hiring training of new staff• Spent few days with recovery department staff for having know how of their work nature and strategy to recover company dues.• Visit customers and prospects for business development.
