• Develop and manage new global digital transformation initiatives for the experience workstream and ensure alignment with the overall Center of Innovation vision and strategy• Execute digital transformation initiatives across experience workstreams • Develop the project roadmap for initiatives and ensure that all initiatives run on-schedule, addressing risks and dependencies as needed• Manage vendors supporting execution of initiatives and ensure they consistently meet, or exceed, project contracts and deadlines• Consult on major development projects within facilities and services contracts or facilities related projects to include procurement; partner with Real Estate Operations to identify opportunities for execution of digital transformation initiatives and drive implementation of solutions• Drive productization of new solutions developed from experience workstream, by leveraging the Microsoft Corporation as customer Number One• Ensure active support to the Center of Innovation charter• Maintains relationships and roadmaps with product internal Microsoft, and external teams developing solutions for the experience vertical • Contribute to a team working environment that will foster innovation, mutual respect and a determination to succeed in achieving or improving efficiency and cost effectiveness• Maintain a team that demonstrates and encourages a positive ‘can do’ attitude with all employees, vendors and other outside agencies to enable Microsoft to achieve its business objectives

VSOC is Microsoft Virtual Security Operations Center, a 24x7 Monitoring & Response center for Global events and alarms. • Drive process and controls refinement and deployment across both the Ops Centers.• Identify emerging technology tools and work with the Technology team to manage deployment/implementation of tools designed to enhance the range, depth and speed of the Security response to life safety issues. • Provide operational support and advice to the Director of Operations in the implementation of contingency plans, for the immediate resolution of strategic and tactical applications for global security standards, policy and procedures, thought leadership and direction and embrace change to take advantage of business opportunity, for the short, medium and long term.• Provide operational support and guidance, emergency and contingency planning, in response to intelligence for the protection from the highest security threat(s), with regard to the people and assets of Microsoft Corporation. • Provide operational support to the Sr. Director of Global Operations for risk/threat assessments • Provide operational support to the Sr. Director of Global Operations to provide a crisis incident network that will offer support to all managers across Microsoft to ensure business sustainability. • Support the communication network to include agencies with expertise in crisis management, risk assessment to terrorist threat, and personal protection to enable Microsoft to protect its employees, customers and infrastructure in order to deliver its core business. • Program/project calls with regional security points of contact to gauge status on all live work streams • Encourage development for external service optimization, to meet Microsoft’s business aims, and ensure the process is fair and transparent. • Ensure network of communication is maintained to support operational effectiveness

Responsible for developing and maintaining Microsoft's physical security program standards, policies and procedures designed to ensure life safety, reduce risks, and respond to security related incidents in region. Served as the primary counselor to senior regional management on security strategies and programs needed to manage security risk in the SW Asia region. The SW Asia territory covers all MS sites in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh & Japan. Responsible for:Develops, executes and monitors all security plans, policies and procedures and carry out enforcement of policies within region as appropriate to reduce security risk. Provide oversight for the activities of on-site security contacts and guard services to ensure their actions comply with MS standards and US and host country legal and regulatory requirements and meet corporate and customer needs. Delivers security education and awareness programs in region to motivate employees and management to follow corporate security policies and procedures designed to reduce security risk. Serves as Regional Crisis Management Team Lead in situations that may require immediate decisions that could be life threatening to MS personnel. Provides consultation in design phase on new or relocation construction projects. Negotiates and maintains contracts with regional security vendors and consultants as needed to meet program goals and objectives and ensure quality of service delivery.Conducts on site Risk Vulnerability assessment of MS sites with region or coordinates vendor resources to complete. Develops site specific security risk mitigation plans. Prepare and deliver security program briefings and presentations at regional MS partner and management conferences. Provides key contacts in region and coordinates resources as needed to support requirement of the Microsoft Executive Protection program and other Business Leadership
