Leading the model risk management unit responsible for independent review, validation and monitoring of risk models being used in the Bank in line with regulatory guidelines and best practices for the following areas:- Credit risk rating models- Market risk & Macro Stress Testing models- Operational Risk models- IFRS 9 & provisioning

 Working as a MIS & Analytics Manager in the Consumer Portfolio of HBL with credit volume of over PKR 50.0 Billion. Hands-on experience in analytical tools and software including Visual Basic Application, Database Management, CreditCard System ‘PRIME 4’ including testing and training. Responsible to drive risk management monitoring of Consumer, Rural and Retail finance via reporting and analytics to give the insight of the portfolio, include Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually reports through numbers of data driven cuts. Advancement in reporting and automation of the process is core responsibility. Key team member of A and B Score card development and its monitoring.
