Here I am working with the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer.In my role I:• Assist with high-level decisions about policy and strategy.• Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.• Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.• Supervise financial reporting and budgeting team.• Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs.• Work well with CEO, and COO to develop the strategic plan.• Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary.Operational Responsibilities:• Responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting • Responsible for approval of accounting transactions • Preparation and Submission of monthly tax returns (Sale tax return and withholding tax statement)• Finalization of Annual and Quarterly Accounts• Preparation of annual return and submission to FBR and SECP • Response all Notices issued by the Regulatory bodies.• Dealings with banks on financial maters • Accounts Receivable and Payable management• Administration of the MAB ERP software package- Responsible to perform the entire tasks involved in the completion of each transaction of import
