I am a Food Technologist by professional with up to 9 years of experience in manufacturing of frozen products. Career started from one of the first leading setup of individually quick frozen (IQF) French fries, fruits & vegetables in Pakistan, renowned as Fauji Fresh & Freeze Ltd. Where I had opportunity to achieve professional heights in both, QA & Production Department. Now, I am working at Rafiq Farm Foods, a unique & state of the art Frozen French Fries Production Plant.My key expertise are: Production operations excellency, compliance, budgeting, product trials, projects and risk management, delivering trainings to staff on food hygiene & food safety. Leading my team in FSSC 22000 & Halal Certifications as Internal Audit Team Leader.During my career I have developed in-depth skills to manage production operations according to strategic business plans and priorities, thereby providing environment to individuals for achieving results and growth. I am target and result oriented person. I am team player, who believe in system driven approach to achieve results.I have been involved in development of new products and process with research and development (R&D) and quality assurance (QA) team. I have also been involved in quality testing & lab analysis of products.I am part of food safety team for continuous improvement. I have also developed several procedures & SOPs for production process.
