Earned Value Management (EVM ) & Layout (WBS).• Making plans for project activities, Price control, Project Installations, Preparation of bar bending schedules.• Layout and staking out Survey of Buildings manually and by instruments.• Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitoring And controlling performance.• Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements.• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions; providing non-project annual operating and capital budget information.• Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders.• Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases; obtaining approvals from buyers.• Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

• Quality control of reinforcement &Pre pouring of Concrete.• Inspection the work at site as per request of contractor.• Compiling, checking and approving reports.• Quality control of all civil works including structural and Architectural.• Manage and ensure timely completion of construction works.• Checking the formwork and steel before commencement of any concreting work as per design and specification.• Advice field staff of poor quality work and deficiencies detected during inspection and assist on remedial works required. • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. If any construction operations are observed as being unsatisfactory then will immediately instruct the Construction Supervisor to correct these. If appropriate action is not taken then a Non - Conformance Report will be raised.• Issue DR (Discrepancy reports) and NCR (Non conformity report) to the construction for improper work.• To have a proactive approach in problem solving in their respective discipline. Making layouts on AutoCAD and explaining all the design execution to different subcontractors• Responsible for all of QA / QC Civil and architectural related activities.• Check and review the plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site, and ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specs., conduct final inspection with owner’s representative prior to proceed concrete pouring and other succeeding work activities that requires step by step inspection as per inspection and testing procedures (I.T.P.)., render monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the construction group .• Making/Verification of as built architectural drawings & structural details of extra work as per site requirements.• Monitor projects schedules & ensure on time completion through effective planning & actions• Preparation and Checking of design mix and material testing. • Making B.O.Q of complete civil work of project.• Preparation of bar bending schedules .• Making progress report with respect to day, week and month.
