Responsible for the commercial performance of a group of busy stores. Remit included recruitment, training, coaching, supervision and performance management of large teams and grand turnovers. Being a strong, self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering business and exceeding expectations was key to this role. I always ve' been commercial minded & customer focused individual.
