- Prepare an update for Marketing Executive with current status of all running orders/samples and highlight deviations (if any) from the plan.- Coordinating with planning dept. to execute orders to meet desire quality on agreed time.- Prepare internal order sheets based on the buyer’s order sheets and share it with other internal departments.- Negotiating with suppliers and contractors based on desired quality parameters.- Follow-up with internal departments to ensure customer requirements is clearly communicated with s suppliers.- Update management regarding any discrepancy with regards to the communication about product development & delivery.- Arrange purchase orders that should be advised to the purchase department for PD and execution of orders.- Have packaging material developed / sourced from national and international suppliers.- Ensure the flow of information through different departments of the organization in order to keep track of the all the aspects pertaining to the production of the orders.- Work closely with the production team to produce the samples (articles) as per customer’s specifications and standards.Prepare and dispatch all kinds of samples required by customers for approval/reference/record.- Communicate directly with customers and update them on production/sampling status and/or sample approvals.- Submit approved/chopped samples to concerned department(s) for bulk production.- Supplier Visits for product development as per buyer requirement.- I involved into inspections of goods at shipment approvals.
