- Oversees team of inventory or raw material store/warehouse employees.- Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.- Manages inventory replenishment management through continuous or periodic review system.- Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.- Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.- Manages schedules of employees, deliveries and shipments to optimize operations.- Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.- Develops business relationships with suppliers and related inter-departments personnel.- Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.- Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply.- Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.- Manages the recruitment and training of new inventory employees.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Landhi Industrial Area

- Prepare an update for Marketing Executive with current status of all running orders/samples and highlight deviations (if any) from the plan.- Coordinating with planning dept. to execute orders to meet desire quality on agreed time.- Prepare internal order sheets based on the buyer’s order sheets and share it with other internal departments.- Negotiating with suppliers and contractors based on desired quality parameters.- Follow-up with internal departments to ensure customer requirements is clearly communicated with s suppliers.- Update management regarding any discrepancy with regards to the communication about product development & delivery.- Arrange purchase orders that should be advised to the purchase department for PD and execution of orders.- Have packaging material developed / sourced from national and international suppliers.- Ensure the flow of information through different departments of the organization in order to keep track of the all the aspects pertaining to the production of the orders.- Work closely with the production team to produce the samples (articles) as per customer’s specifications and standards.Prepare and dispatch all kinds of samples required by customers for approval/reference/record.- Communicate directly with customers and update them on production/sampling status and/or sample approvals.- Submit approved/chopped samples to concerned department(s) for bulk production.- Supplier Visits for product development as per buyer requirement.- I involved into inspections of goods at shipment approvals.

Landhi Industrial Area

- Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.- Schedule store visits and conduct competitor survey.- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance withcompany policies and procedures.- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items aredelivered to site/store on time.- Find source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms,deliveries and services- Correspondence with different departments for effective completion of purchase cycle.- Look after all the related matters from ordering till shipment.
