My responsibilities in the role of procurement and supply chain management encompass various facets, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the procurement process:Supplier Identification and Acquisition:Locate new suppliers for cosmetics and skincare products in line with the current procurement plan.Supplier Coordination:Coordinate with suppliers for merchandising, sampling, price negotiation, and the development of buying plans.Procurement Strategy and Policy: Maintain operational efficiency by initiating and adhering to procurement strategies, procedures, and policies.Inventory Management:Regularly check the weekly inventory status and place repeat orders for existing SKUs as needed.Monitor inventory by SKU using a detailed database across multiple warehouses.Logistics Coordination:Assist in the logistics process for new product development, manufacturing, shipment, delivery, and returns.Communication and Relationship Building:Establish and maintain effective communication between the company and manufacturers.Build relationships within the company and with external parties, including suppliers and exporters.Document Preparation and Coordination:Coordinate with suppliers for the preparation of shipping-related documents.Coordinate with the logistics team for stock upliftment.Supply Planning:Drive production order placement to meet demand/forecasts while adhering to inventory goals.Establish a supply plan, determining appropriate quantities, receipt dates, and warehouse locations to support customer demand.Procurement Execution:Manage and execute procurement-related functions, including the development and implementation of contract management and procurement frameworks.Vendor Management:Follow up with vendors on back-orders and communicate impacts on project ship dates.Create purchase orders for current and forecasted demand, ensuring accuracy in price, freight charges, and delivery dates.

• Monthly Production Planning, Weekly Production Planning, Dispatch Planning of H&M & to control the production such that goals will be achieved at the end of the month.• Leading the team of four production heads in the manufacturing unit & keeping a track that they are on time and working as per schedule.• Giving call to client inspection person & work with him as an Internal Inspection Production Representative to carry out Initial, Midline & Final Inspection of the products.• Conducting the Preproduction Meeting with the client representative on the conference call to represent the production planning at our end ensuring the entire deadline will be achieved.• Daily dispatch planning of goods & arrangement of the vehicles to ensure all dispatches will be going with all the precautions.• Conducting the Production meeting with all the shop supervisors delivering the guideline to secure all the quality points during manufacturing & discussing the technical Risk Assessment of each product type.• Reporting the production status to the top managements & directors of the organization.• Making the Production Order Status Sheet for client to transparency of the production to their end. • Working on the Requirement of Quality Standard of the new clients & fulfilling their requirement such that in future strong business deals will be settled.• Analyze the man-power efficiency of the organization to improve its ability to deliver the better production.• Working on Production Improvements, Process Improvements, Shop-floor Improvements & Production Cycle Improvement by the use of different Manufacturing Techniques & philosophy.

• Overall responsibility of handling operational activities of 8 manufacturing centers.• Proper handover between personnel, departments, among centers - with regards to work & materials.• Taking the Production update from all the manufacturing centers & report it to Managing Director of the organization.• Preparing the weekly planning of the production discussing with the managing director issuing it to all manufacturing centers.• Daily monitoring the manufacturing centers such that goals & set target will be on track & achieved in time.• Finding new vendors to get suitable vendors who would give better quality level within optimum rates.• Coordinating the new chines suppliers through mail such that our required quality & on time production will be maintained.• Core responsible for finding new business developments with new suppliers in India & China & propose the business to Managing Director of the organization. • Review of cost control activities on a daily basis• Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize quality reporting and minimizing risk• Research & Development of the new Product in to be launch with Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends.

• To coordinate the different departments viz. Purchase, Quality, Production, Store, Service, Dispatch, Marketing and Sells. • Reporting the status of the In-process Inventory, finished inventory ready product to the Top Managing Director of the organization and closely working and coordinating with Sales team, updating them on their project statuses. • Identifying and raising defects as a result of plant surveillance and monitoring, advising on priority defects in designated areas of responsibility. • Directing the production team members and learned introducing efficient methods of production line. • Planning the production schedule by keeping the due dates in front and ensuring timely dispatch of finished goods along with proper documentation. • Direct and manage plant activities through the planning with the departmental supervisors to insure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner. • Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards and making sure the quality is being monitored and maintained throughout the production process and all the items are tested before dispatch. • Monthly production planning of the raw material and brought out items to be procuring for the upcoming production in a month ensuring that material required for the smooth production is available and no obstruction will occur or cause delay. • Scheduling the jobs on the shop floor, to the different work stations on the shop floor depending upon the facilities and availability of the machines, tools, equipment, capabilities and man power. • Responsible for the training and development of personnel in the Production Function. • Maintain 5 S and optimal shop floor layout. • Handling Customized Job wise Planning and Production Control from end to end. • Identifying manufacturing challenges related to equipment, processes, methods and solving the problems caused by these.
